As a Supply Chain ERP Project Manager, you will play a central part in delivering the design, testing and implementation of a new ERP system. In your role you will mainly work with colleagues in the Supply Chain function as well as the ERP project team to plan, organize and lead the Supply Chain stream in the project. This role comes with many interpersonal touchpoints to other parts of the Swedish organization so the Supply Chain ERP Project Manager position is central and very communication driven. You will be responsible for identifying business needs, ensuring that the design meet Supply Chain system requirements, delivering project activities within the timeframe set within the overall project plan, map processes and document relevant content for the design and development as well as manage resources, stakeholders, change and communication. You are expected to embrace the complete responsibility that comes with the role and deliver a successful outcome of the project. You will be working with: • Project management – planning activities, organizing resources, setting timelines, follow-up on progress etc. • Change management and communication • Defining and aligning business needs and system requirements • Process mapping and documentation • End-to-end process and system optimization • Aiming to simplify, optimize and standardize ways of working • Solving problems and creating solutions that benefit the entire organization rather than the individual function • Analyze and suggest improvements to optimize all logistical flows and processes • Take lead in assigned tasks related to the project • Create base for analysis and reports • Conduct internal project reporting and distribution of relevant information WHAT WE LOOK FOR • 3-5 years’ experience in relevant project management position • 1-3 years’ experience in end-to-end Supply Chain • University/college/higher education in business economics, engineering, logistics or equivalent • Experience in ERP systems (IBP preferably) and with standardized processes • Experience in process mapping • Experience in translation business needs into system requirements • Experience in working in a large organization where customer satisfaction and cost efficiency is key • Ability to see both the big picture and the smaller detail • Fluent in Swedish and advanced level in business English • Advanced knowledge in MS Office with emphasis Excel and PowerPoint • Good understanding of financial follow-up and accounting principles
