Solution Architect for Authentication & Authorization Services (Interim for IAM) ID:249

The position involves acting as a Solution Architect for Authentication & Authorization services within Identity and Access Management (IAM) during an interim period of employee leave. The role's main focus is on coordinating and driving central IAM solutions. Responsibilities include creating guiding documentation, engaging with stakeholders, and participating as a representative in various forums.


Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:5+ years as a Solution Architect, ideally within IAM or a related area.

Languages: Proficiency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.


Key Responsibilities

Solution Design and Coordination:

Develop and oversee IAM solutions with a focus on authentication and authorization processes.

Provide technical leadership to ensure solutions meet security and business requirements.


Stakeholder Communication and Documentation:

Develop guiding documentation for architectural decisions, solution strategies, and best practices.

Communicate with stakeholders, presenting solutions and gathering feedback.


Forum Representation:

Act as an IAM representative in cross-functional meetings, offering insights and updates on authentication and authorization strategies.


Desired Skills and Experience

Information Security & Compliance:

Strong understanding of security standards and frameworks, particularly ISO 27001 and eIDAS.

Experience in cybersecurity solution architecture, emphasizing secure design and system integration.


Industry Knowledge & Methods:

Proficiency in Agile development methodologies (e.g., SCRUM, SAFe).

Familiarity with the ITIL framework for service management and support.


Technical Expertise in IAM:

Solid experience in Identity Management and Governance.

Proficiency with authentication protocols and frameworks such as OIDC, OAuth2, SAML 2.0, and Kerberos.

Knowledge of Entra, MFA, and advanced authentication solutions, including Adaptive and Attribute-Based Authentication.

Communication and Leadership:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to create architectural documentation, such as reference architectures, high-level designs, and conceptual diagrams. Interpersonal skills to work effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.


Duration

Start Date: As soon as possible.

Duration: 12 months.


Work Location

Hybrid model: Primarily remote, with on-site presence expected once per week in Södertälje. Additional on-site days may be required during the startup phase.
