Your tasks as Product Manager ranges from product innovation to product optimization - setting the product strategy, roadmap and steering the development as well as product life-cycle management of the portfolio. As a Product Manager you should have a blend of business and technical understanding. An understanding that enables turning market and customer insights into decision proposals for product development. But also, the ability to turn these proposals into actions by quick and profitable implementation. You have strong communication skills and great people skills as you will communicate and collaborate with all departments throughout the organization as well as with partners and customers. Responsibilities includes:
- To set and maintain a competitive and strategic development plan for the product area on short and long term - To follow market and technology development trends with focus on development of products and services to secure competitive product development - Drive development of products, services and solutions through deep understanding of customer needs - Continuously drive improvements of our solutions and products to improve the customer experience - Responsible for product profitability (P&L) for resp. products, services and solutions - Drive the products life cycle management WHAT WE LOOK FOR: - Previous experience of business and/or product development - Very good communication skills - Strong analytical, strategic and coordination skills - Knowledge and understanding of business and technology - Strong drive and ‘can-do’ mentality with a combination of operational hands-on approach with the ability to see strategic fits - Good communication skills and collaborative approach to solve challenges - Higher academic education within economics, engineering or similar - Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken - Experience with Microsoft Office; Excel, PowerPoint - Experience of IT and Telco and the product areas is a plus
